The aim of the REN Trainee Programme is to provide the company with the best and most suitable human resources, introduce new skills and fill requirement gaps with qualified resources.

It is important for REN to continue the investment in attracting and training new trainees according to the company's needs

For the trainees themselves, this is an opportunity to discover and develop activities in the various areas of REN's Business Units, enabling them to gain a comprehensive insight into the company's businesses and activities as well as benefit from a broad learning and training experience.

This programme is based on job rotation training and lasts 12 months. Besides the internship, our trainees are confronted with different challenges by the REN Human Resources Department so that they can develop initiatives that create value for the company.

In order to attract and motivate the best students to a career at REN and to publicise the REN Trainee Programme and other opportunities, every year we take part in a number of job fairs organised by the main national universities.

If you are taking your final Master's examinations in Engineering, Management, Economics or Cybersecurity or other subjects relevant to REN's business area and you have a strong sense of responsibility, you are results-driven, dynamic, with a wish to learn and great team spirit apply to the  REN Trainee Programme.

Applications for the programme are open from October to May. The recruitment and selection process takes place each year from April to June.
