Our mission is to manage and coordinate all activities necessary to achieve the goals of REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais, SGPS, S.A. in its relations with shareholders, institutional investors and analysts and ensure communication that offers a full, coherent vision of REN, thereby facilitating investment decisions and creating sustained value for shareholders.

- To act as the spokesperson of REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais, SGPS, S.A. with shareholders, capital market investors and financial analysts;

- To provide the Executive Committee with feedback from institutional investors, especially on operational or strategic matters and potential implementation;

- To guarantee punctual compliance with REN's obligations to the capital market supervisory body (CMVM) and other financial authorities;

- To coordinate, draft and circulate all information provided by the REN Group concerning relevant facts and other market communications or the publication of periodic financial statements;

- To monitor the content of analysts' research in order to ensure correct evaluation of the company's strategy and results and a coherent valuation of its shares;

- To prepare and constantly monitor the financial and operational benchmarks of competitors and our peer group;

- To attract the attention of potential institutional investors and a larger number of financial analysts;

- To draw up an annual plan of investor relations activities including road-shows, visits to investors and Investor Day;

- To develop and maintain the Investor Relations website on the company's webpage.
