Portgás revalidates COTEC Innovative Status

The  REN Portgás company received, for the 2nd consecutive year, the recognition as an innovative company by COTEC Portugal (Association for Innovation), being the only energy distribution company distinguished.

The COTEC Innovative Statute annually recognizes, in partnership with the banking sector, companies that stand out for their financial strength and continuous investment in innovation, constituting a seal of reputation and prestige for the companies distinguished with this status.

With the attribution of the status of Innovation, COTEC aims to promote business competitiveness, recognizing companies that invest in innovation as an engine of development of the business fabric Portuguese. Most of the companies distinguished are small or medium-sized, having been recognized for creating value for the country.
